Welcome to the 2024 Flag Fall Football Registration with Maple Grove Youth Football Association.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  Register your player based on the grade level for the 2024-25 School year.

This year MGYFA will be offering a House Flag program for 1st and 2nd graders where the teams will practice 1-2 times per week with games on Saturdays against other MGYFA House Flag teams. Our 3rd graders will be playing a higher level of competition against other MGYFA teams.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.

MGYFA will not take friend requests into consideration when creating team rosters. We will align students from the same schools into the same teams, however we aren't able to guarantee that all kids from each school will be aligned to a single team. One of the goals of MGYFA program is to have our athletes build relationships with their future teammates, and combining teams with players from other schools is a way to help the kids build these new friendships. Since MGYFA Flag practices are all in the same location and scheduled at the same time, carpooling for practices is not an issue.

We are also not able to honor Coach Requests or Coaching Partnership requests. Depending on the number of coaches, and the schools that their children are aligned with, we may need to break them apart in order to have qualified coaches overseeing each of our teams.  Our objective is to ensure that we have a great experience for all of our players and we are focusing on building a successful Maple Grove Youth Football program and not individual flag football teams.

How to register multiple children for Non-Contact:

1. After you've selected the Sport Ngin account for your 1st child and you've finished filling in all of their information.  You will then want to make sure that once you reach the "Review," page that you're selecting the option to "Register Another Player."
2. This will then take you back through the beginning of the registration to start registering your second child.  If your second/additional child doesn't have their very own Sport Ngin sub profile account, you simply will want to select the option "A New Player," when you arrive at the "Who are you Registering," page.  
3. Creating a new Sport Ngin sub profile will then save that child's information for later use.  

It is our hope at MGYFA that every player that registers for the season ultimately decides to play the entire season.  We do understand that outside circumstances can impact those plans.  In those situations our refund policy is below.  All refunds are for MGYFA fee's only, Sport Engine Registration Fees listed at checkout are non-refundable.

Before July 15th - 100% 

Before first practice - 75%

Before the first game - 50%
