Welcome to the 2024 Tackle Football Registration with Maple Grove Youth Football Association.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  Register your player based on the grade level for the 2024/25 school year.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.

All numbers will be assigned before the start of the season with no duplicate numbers within each grade level. Please make the appropriate choices during registration. 

For 5th through 8th grade, returning players who sign up on or before July 4th will have first right to keep their number from last year (if this choice is made, and the number that is inputted into this registration is not the same as their assigned number from last year, the actual assigned number from last year will be issued). Remaining numbers will be distributed to players based on their top 3 preference  and prioritized in the order that they signed up. If a player's preferred numbers are not available they will be randomly assigned a number.

For 4th graders, numbers will be assigned based on indicated preference according to the order in which they signed up. If a player's preferred number isn't available, one will be randomly assigned.

It is our hope at MGYFA that every player that registers for the season ultimately decides to play the entire season.  We do understand that outside circumstances can impact those plans.  In those situations our refund policy is below.  All refunds are for MGYFA fees only, Sport Engine Registration Fees listed at checkout are non-refundable. 

MGYFA Standard Refund Policy 

Before July 4th 100% 
Before Team Formations 75%
Before the first game 50%
After the first game - No Refunds

How to register multiple children:

1. After you've selected the Sport Ngin account for your 1st child and you've finished filing in all of their information.  You will then want to make sure that once you reach the "Review," page that you're selecting the option to "Register Another Player."
2. This will then take you back through the beginning of the registration to start registering your second child.  If your second/additional child doesn't have their very own Sport Ngin sub profile account, you simply will want to select the option "A New Player," when you arrive at the "Who are you Registering," page.  
3. Creating a new Sport Ngin sub profile will then save that child's information for later use.
